Story behind our company
ADD-S DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION operates today thanks to the synergy of two companies that have worked in the construction sector for 18 years across 3 countries and 8 different cities in the Americas. We have participated in the execution of over 250 projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional, through private contracts and public organizations, allowing us to assemble a productive team of experienced subcontractors to tackle various challenges. Our professional beginnings started in the following ways across different countries and cities on the continent. We offer a strategic alliance, providing an excellent option and opportunity for clients seeking trustworthy representation; we are currently driven by the commercial boom occurring in the United States and the desire to improve overall profit margins for those looking to invest in the USA.

Our journey in the United States began in 2008, following the devastating Hurricane Ike. Driven by a profound sense of solidarity and commitment to the affected communities, we dedicated ourselves to helping rebuild homes and businesses, providing accessible and reliable construction solutions. Drawing on over 15 years of experience in the industry, we worked tirelessly to lay the foundations of hope and resilience for those who needed it most.
Our experience
HOUSTON, TEXAS.
Coordination and execution of the construction of single-family homes, from demolition to drilling. Project schedules were monitored, and excellent relationships were maintained with all subcontractors. Additionally, we coordinated warranty work with the homeowners.
MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Coordination of the estimating department, developing a database of unit prices, square footage references, and introducing new methods for estimating, reporting, and tracking project schedules, as well as handling purchases and establishing new relationships with subcontractors.
COLOMBIA, BARRANQUILLA.
Coordination and execution of the construction of a new laboratory building (120,000 square feet). Management procedures were developed. Designed the restoration and renovation of an existing office building (35,000 square feet).
MÉXIO, PUEBLA.
